About the app
The gta6aiguide Reddit app is operated for the GTA6GuideAI fan publication by Reddit account u/simplezooguy. It is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Reddit. Contact u/simplezooguy on Reddit about this app.
What it does
The app provides moderator controls and prepares a source-linked news-posting workflow for r/Gta6guideai. The currently installed v0.0.2 has outbound HTTP, scheduling and posting disabled. Installing it does not authorize or start automatic publication. A new automatic source-checking path is implemented locally but has not been deployed or activated. After the required access approvals, deployment and separate activation, it can publish qualifying text posts through its Reddit app account without human approval for each post.
Scope of automated source checking
The implemented automatic path discovers articles through GTA6GuideAI's public RSS feed and matching article metadata, then retrieves the cited public Polygon page at www.polygon.com. It supports a narrow attributed report: a short source headline and the source report's publication date. It requires agreement between the source's NewsArticle data, page headline, canonical URL and publication markers. It does not automatically publish the RSS summary, independently establish the truth of the report's underlying claims, or present Polygon reporting as official confirmation. The stored event means publication of that particular source report, not the date of an underlying GTA event. Other source hosts, arbitrary generated summaries and automatic breaking-news or correction interpretations are outside this initial verifier's scope.
Publication controls
The intended limit is at most one total post per Africa/Casablanca calendar day, counting routine news, breaking news and corrections together. The first seven days start at explicit activation; the cap does not increase automatically afterward. Missed slots are skipped. An uncertain send pauses further delivery until an operator investigates it. No publication outcome or news accuracy is guaranteed.
Source review and responsibilities
Reported coverage must not be presented as official confirmation. Public metadata, an official-looking URL, automated article production and a previous review are not proof that a claim is currently correct. The automatic path retrieves source evidence on each run and binds its supported output to the exact proposed post. A human review is not mandatory for every post. An article is not rejected merely because it was written automatically or lacks a human editor. Missing, blocked, contradictory, ambiguous or stale source evidence keeps a candidate held. Source pages whose metadata indicates an update or correction, identified rumor or analysis, and unsupported headline formats are also held by this initial verifier. A successful HTTP response alone is not sufficient. Operators must not enter fabricated approvals or personal secrets. The app does not independently establish ownership, redistribution rights or permission to reproduce third-party material. Use short attributed material and links within the rights and permissions that apply.
Access and acceptable use
Only the configured operator with the required subreddit moderator permission may use the state-changing controls. Do not attempt to impersonate that operator, bypass posting limits, evade access restrictions, manipulate Reddit engagement, or use the app to post unlawful, misleading or abusive material. Reddit's terms, rules and developer requirements continue to apply.
Stopping and changes
The operator can pause the workflow. Pausing does not recall a Reddit request already in flight; that outcome must be checked separately. Review records can be revoked, and installation can be removed through Reddit's app management. A future version that changes external access, automated publication or data handling must be reviewed before those changes take effect. The operator may suspend the service for maintenance, policy changes or unresolved reliability issues.
Availability and corrections
This fan service and its source-linked summaries may contain errors or interruptions. Report inaccuracies to u/simplezooguy. Requests will be considered by the operator; these terms do not promise a particular response time or limit rights that cannot legally be limited. This section contains no new fee, payment commitment, arbitration clause or claim of permission from third-party publishers.

The app-specific privacy section at https://gta6guideai.com/privacy describes the app data and retention. This section supplements the website terms; it should not replace unrelated website provisions when published.
