Insider Gaming reported a statement from Discord marketing director Ryan K. Rigney saying that Discord had not yet been served with a Take-Two subpoena. The statement said the company would assess validity and scope if served. This followed coverage of requests for records connected to the person or group posting alleged GTA 6 footage.
