What happened
PC Gamer described an alleged GTA 6 clip in which Jason takes a sports car and drives through Vice City. The writer noted apparent resistance from the driver, changes to a stamina indicator, and interface symbols interpreted as a traffic camera and possible vehicle-recovery tracker. The article also discussed small environmental details visible along the route.
What remains unclear
Several of those explanations were the writer's inferences, not labels or rules supplied by Rockstar. A changing icon cannot by itself prove how police detection works, whether every vehicle has tracking, or what a depleted stamina bar prevents.
